AI-operated accounting · Bahrain

Your books,
and someone to keep them.

Invoices, expenses, payroll and the ledger — and an agent that reads them, prepares the entries and waits for you to approve.

8 days · every feature · no card

  • Arabic and English

    Including Gulf dialect — طرشه، ورّني، شكثر.

  • BHD to 3 decimals

Not two — because this is Bahrain.

  • VAT handled properly

Revenue is net of VAT. The agent will not quote a gross total as revenue.

  • Nothing posts without you

Every change the agent proposes waits behind Apply.

The agent

It does the work.
You approve it.

Not a chatbot that explains where the button is. The agent reads your ledger, prepares the entry, renders the document — then waits for you.

Asked in Gulf dialect — “the most we ever paid, send a PDF”. It totals the ledger and the document arrives in the conversation.

A correction arrives as double entry, debits and credits shown. It touches the ledger only when you press Apply.

What it does

Four things, done properly.

Ask it anything about your money.

Profit this month, who owes you, how the quarter went. It reads the general ledger — the same figures as the dashboard, never a different arithmetic.

  • كم صافي الربح هذا الشهر؟
  • من عليه فلوس لنا؟
  • كم أرباحنا الربع الماضي؟

Give it the paperwork.

Drop a spreadsheet of fifty staff, a supplier statement, a PDF invoice. It reads every row, tells you which ones are missing something, and stages the rest.

It prepares, you approve.

Expenses, invoices, payments, salary changes, corrections, voiding a duplicate. Each arrives as a proposal with the numbers on it — and waits.

  • Expense EXP-2026-0081 · 36.500 BHDawaiting approval
  • Void INV-2026-0057 — duplicateawaiting approval

The books stay correct.

Double entry, an audit trail, and a document that is never edited — corrections are reversals. This is the part a spreadsheet cannot do.

Under it all: finance, invoicing, CRM, HR, inventory, POS and forms. One ledger.

In writing

What it will not do.

  • It will not post anything without you pressing Apply.
  • It will not invent a number. If a document is not in your books, it says so.
  • It will not act on instructions hidden inside a file somebody sent you.
  • It is not an auditor, and it does not sign anything.

20,000 credits is roughly 600 questions, or 500 documents read and entered.

Every plan renews automatically each month, at the price above, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app under Billing → Manage billing, or by emailing [email protected]; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Card details are entered on payment fields hosted by Stripe and are never stored by us. Full terms: Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The trial is 8 days of the top tier — every feature, unlimited users, 15,000 AI credits. Subscribe before it ends and we add 12 more free days before the first charge, with 55% off your first month. No card is required to start it and we do not ask for one during it, so it cannot turn into a paid subscription by itself. When the trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only — you can still sign in, read and export — until you choose a plan.

What each plan includes, feature by feature, and what is not included on Starter, is set out in the Terms of Service.

Questions

Frequently, honestly asked.

No. Railit runs on Amazon Web Services in Europe (Frankfurt), region eu-central-1 — the ledger in a Railit workspace is stored and processed in Germany, not in Bahrain. Traffic runs over HTTPS with TLS, and stored data and backups are encrypted at rest.

Because the processing takes place in the EU the GDPR applies to it, and because our customers are mainly in Bahrain the Kingdom's Personal Data Protection Law is engaged as well; both are addressed in the Privacy Policy, which also names every sub-processor — Stripe for payments, Amazon Web Services for hosting, and OpenAI for the agent. If residency inside Bahrain is a requirement for your business, tell us before you subscribe rather than after.

Yes. Every document — invoice, quotation, bill, payslip — downloads as a PDF, and a complete machine-readable copy of your data is provided on request within 30 days. A one-click spreadsheet export of each register is not built yet; every document — invoice, payslip, statement — renders to a PDF you keep. Your books are yours; leaving is allowed.

The system keeps working — only the agent pauses. Top up when you need it, or wait for the month to roll over. Nothing is lost.

For the filing, yes. Railit does the books — the entries, the ledger, the documents. Your accountant reviews and files the return, from records that are finally in order.

Yes. Arabic, English, or a photo of either. It reads the rows, flags what is missing, and stages the rest for your approval.
