Contact & support

Talk to a person who can actually fix it.

One address, read by the people who build Railit. Below: how to reach us, how long we will take, and exactly who you are dealing with.

How to reach us

Two ways, both real.

Email · the fastest way

Write to us

[email protected]

A monitored mailbox, not a form that disappears into a queue. Sales, support, billing, refunds, cancellations and data requests all land here. Arabic or English — both are read.

JOIN FUTURE SOLUTIONS, LLC
131 Continental Dr, Suite 305
Newark, DE 19713
United States

Our registered office, and the address that appears on your invoice. Formal notice under the Terms of Service can be sent here — though email will always reach us sooner.

Phone

We do not run a phone line

Rather than publish a number nobody answers, we keep support in writing: you get a record of what was said, and so do we — which matters when the subject is your books.

If a call would be quicker, email us and we will arrange one at a time that suits you.

Response times

What we commit to.

  • Every message to [email protected] is answered by a person. Our target for a first reply is one business day.
  • No message waits longer than two business days for a first reply, even if the answer is that we are still working on it.
  • Anything about money — a charge you did not expect, a refund, a cancellation that will not go through — is answered ahead of everything else in the queue.
  • Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays in the Kingdom of Bahrain, where most of our customers are.

Where to send what

Same address, every time.

There is one mailbox, so nothing needs routing by you. This is only here so you know what to expect, and where the written policy lives.

  • A refund Email us and say which charge. The window and what qualifies are set out in the Refund Policy.
  • Cancelling your subscription You can cancel yourself at any time under Billing in the dashboard, or ask us to do it. What happens to the rest of the paid period and to your data is in the Cancellation Policy.
  • A charge you do not recognise Email us before you raise it with your bank — we can usually explain or reverse it faster than a dispute can be opened.
  • Your data — a copy, a correction, deletion Email us. What we hold, who processes it and how these requests are handled is in the Privacy Policy.
  • A security problem Email us with SECURITY in the subject and we will acknowledge it within one business day. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing.
  • Anything about the contract The Terms of Service say what we owe you and what you owe us. If something in there is unclear, ask before you sign up rather than after.

The company

Who you are contracting with.

Railit is a product of JOIN FUTURE SOLUTIONS, LLC. That company is the merchant of record: it is who charges your card, who appears on your statement, and who is on the other side of the Terms of Service.

Payments and data

Two things worth saying plainly.

  • Card details are entered on payment fields hosted by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe is certified PCI DSS Level 1; Railit itself holds no security certification, and does not claim one.
  • Railit is hosted on Amazon Web Services in Europe (Frankfurt), region eu-central-1. Ledger data is stored and processed in the European Union — in Germany, not in Bahrain.

Because that processing happens in the EU, the GDPR applies to it; and because our customers are mainly in Bahrain, Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law is engaged as well. Our sub-processors — Stripe for payments, OpenAI for the AI agent, and Amazon Web Services for hosting and storage — are named in the Privacy Policy, along with what each one receives.
