Profit this month, who owes you, why cash moved. It queries the general ledger, so its answer and the dashboard are the same arithmetic. Revenue is net of VAT, because VAT is a liability owed to the NBR and not income.

Give it the paperwork.

A spreadsheet of staff, a bank statement, a PDF invoice. It maps the columns and code reads the rows. A model never retypes a salary, which is the only way a five hundred row import cannot contain a digit that changed on the way in.

Limits

It stops before the ledger.

The useful part of an agent in accounting is the part it refuses to do.

  • It will not invent a figure.
  • It will not take orders from a file, however senior the letterhead looks.
  • It will not edit history. A correction is a reversal.
  • Authorisation is the person typing, and nothing else.

Frequently, honestly asked.

Is my data in Bahrain?

No. Railit runs on Amazon Web Services in Europe, region eu-central-1 in Frankfurt, so the ledger in a Railit workspace is stored and processed in Germany rather than in Bahrain. Traffic runs over HTTPS with TLS, and stored data and backups are encrypted at rest. Because the processing takes place in the EU the GDPR applies, and because our customers are mainly in Bahrain the Kingdom's Personal Data Protection Law is engaged as well. Both are addressed in the Privacy Policy, which also names every sub-processor: Stripe for payments, Amazon Web Services for hosting, and OpenAI for the agent. If residency inside Bahrain is a requirement for your business, tell us before you subscribe rather than after.

Can I export everything?

Yes. Every document, whether an invoice, a quotation, a bill or a payslip, downloads as a PDF, and a complete machine-readable copy of your data is provided on request within 30 days. A one-click spreadsheet export of each register is not built yet. Your books are yours and leaving is allowed.

What happens when the credits run out?

The system keeps working and only the agent pauses. Top up when you need it, or wait for the month to roll over. Nothing is lost.

Do I need an accountant?

For the filing, yes. Railit does the books: the entries, the ledger, the documents. Your accountant reviews and files the return, from records that are finally in order.

Can it read Arabic invoices?

Yes. Arabic, English, or a photograph of either. It reads the rows, flags what is missing, and stages the rest for your approval.
